Since going back to school (college) I dropped my setting for activity level down to sedentary, since I spend the majority of my day sitting in class, or sitting at home doing work, etc. However, I do walk to class, should I count this as exercise, even though I do it every day? I just added in some jogging into my exercise. I haven't run in years so I have to start very very slow. What a workout!
I got up early and hiked 7.5 miles! The last mile and a half was up hill and it was brutal. But what a sense of accomplishment to start my weekend!
