So I've recently figured out how to put movies on my zune (for all you ipod-ers out there, this is microsoft's version). Today, I watched "Eragon" while I did my workout on the elliptical. 90 minutes sure went fast!

I earned 760 calories yesterday- but didnt eat them all- only about 200 of them- If I workout at night, earning calories, should I eat them that night or can I eat them the next day? Machine vs MFP
Okay, so at the gym, the treadmills/bikes/ellipticals all give you calorie burned info. All of these machines say I burn more per minute than what MFP says I should be. Fast walk/jog vs elliptical
I am having a big issue with calories burned on elliptical vs walk/jog. I was burning 335 cals for 30 min on elip, but only 135 for walk./jog :sad: :sad: ( per MFP ) Doesnt make sense. My heart rate was HIGHER walk/jogging and I certainly felt like i was working harder.:grumble: Anyone have comments? :noway:
