amount of exericise
One quick question how much exericse is too much. I dont want to do too much that much too much stress on my body. I generally do 60-90 minutes of rollerskating and during middle of the day I'm planning on do a 40 minutes of circuit traning. is that too much? or is it a good amount to continue on? Thanx

Wondering if anyone knows if the BodyBuggs can be "leased" for 3 months or so. I'm not willing to shell out $300 for something I know I wont use more than 3 months. If anyone has one - what are your thoughts? I'm sure it is helpful....but worth the investment for short term? Thank you.

Exercise ball!
This may sound unreal but sitting on an exercise ball adn just rolling around in circles while on the computer helps with your posture as well as helps your abs tone!!!! my brother has been doing it for a year now (as he is a computer genious and that is his job) and he has lost inches upon inches!!

I use a treadmill most days cuz it is the most conveniant (sp?). Do you think it is best to do faster or more incline. When I get in a great workout like I did this morning...I always tend to get that "few hours after exercise fatigue"......man, I am sitting here SO sleepy!! Just drained! I DID burn 1,000 calories though. That might have something to do with it!! :laugh:
