I am thinking about getting the 30 day shred Jillian Michaels video. Does anyone have this? Reviews? How long is it? Is it one of those work outs that bore you or does it fly by?

Measuring the BODY
I did not measure my body when I started with MFP, and I know I have lost some inches. Is it too late to measure now? I guess I am just afraid I have already lost the bulk of the inches I will lose and I will be disappointed if I try to track them now. Any suggestions?

How to journal my exercise today...
So as previously mentioned I did 60 minutes of lawnmowing today with 30 lbs of baby/backpack on my back...how should I count all that? Just the mowing or just the backpacking???? Help!!!!

i've heard very negative things about this machine like it doesn't burn any fat and only makes your thighs bigger. is this true? it works out the inner thigh which is the part that i want to work out the most so i'm hesitant to stop using. has anyone had a bad experience with this machine?

I earned 760 calories yesterday- but didnt eat them all- only about 200 of them- If I workout at night, earning calories, should I eat them that night or can I eat them the next day? Okay, so at the gym, the treadmills/bikes/ellipticals all give you calorie burned info. All of these machines say I burn more per minute than what MFP says I should be.
