okay today i decided not to do my usual walk and I decided to go on my stationary bike and ride for 45 minutes! so when i got off to see how many calories I burned it said 150! does anyone think thats right? I think I burned more than that... i was doing 20mph...idk!!!:noway:

Why isn't housework listed on options for physical activity?
I do around 3-4 hours of constant housework per day, but when I've searched for these type of activities for my calories burned, there is nothing. Yesterday I posted that I had gotten a Polar F11, and how much MFP under valued the the cals burned. Today I rode my bike 12 miles in 58 mins.
