excercise and calories
I'm new and confused.......ok I have 1200 calories a day to eat to reach my goal. I work out and expend about 400 so does that mean I can eat an extra 400 and still lose as though I was eating 1200 cals a day. L.

I play volleyball and I was wondering if anyone can give me any ideas on how to decide between competitive and non-competitive in the exercise database. Practices are still competitive but not as competitive as the games so when I say I had a 2 hr practice would I put it under competitive or non-competitive???
