Does anyone know a good way to calculate the calories burned when doing the morning exercise shows that come on from time to time? They don't come with nutrional facts at the end or on the back of the DVD anymore. so much for being easy. Been searching through the log, but I don't have a clue on how to log it in…

should I eat the calories I burn?
I workout quite a bit and find that when I add my exercise to my dialy log it adds on extra calories to consume for the day. Is it necessary to eat these calories in order to lose weight? Or will I lose weight quicker by eating only my 1200 calories allotted daily without the exercise?

ok.... so today i burned 1500 calroes running on the eliptical for 2 .5 hrs. so my plan is.. if i eat , say 1200 calories per day. and go on the elli[tical and burn 100.. will lose fast because i would only be technically consuming 200? confused!:huh:
