I just found this site. After all the stuff for calulating your BMR there are links at the end for calorie counters. I have seen some questions about how many calories are burned in activities. The have a bunch of different categories you can choose from, even household chores! :smile:

Wahoooooo I weighed in for the second time today and I weigh 7.2 pounds less than last Monday . Now if my profile was right I would be ok it should read lost 7.2 and it only says 5 lbs lost .
