Which calorie count to use?
When I enter a food like 2 slices of bacon, I’ll have multiple options with wildly different calorie counts. One entry will say 80 calories another will say 400. And everything in between. No other differentiation. Which option so I choose?

I have my macros set at 20% protein, 50% carbohydrates and 30% fat, 1200 calories. 20% protein is 61 grams which is 2 oz???? I'm so confused. Did I set it incorrectly? I am in the maintanance phase of PSMF and I was having 9oz of protein per day while on that. Something is off with my math challenged brain.
