counted calories but didnt eat it all
hi i cooked a meal earlier today and counted the calories for it, however i didnt eat it all if i eat it all tomorrow or another day this week do i need to count the calories again? i am trying to stick to my daily limit of 1400 but i count my calories weekly as i find it makes me more relaxed and not obsess.
