For beginners, what is recommended high protein foods?
Hi. Im new to the gym and on a journey to build muscle but aiming for a toned look. I hear a lot of people saying protein is key and not much progress could be seen w/o it. But im unsure what foods are high in protein and how often and how much of it i should eat. Thank you.

So I weighed out 150g of dry pasta then obviously cooked it and it becomes 300g. Do I chart it as 150g dry or 300g cooked??? Thanks

Hi, what have people found to be the best storage bag/container to freeze meals?
