Why my nutrition report is negative?
I know net calories is consumed - execise burned. I eat more than I execised. But report always shows net calorie are negative for earliest 2 days of this week.

kale chips
I have made these three nights in a row. 2 cups of kale, 2 tsp of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Bake 300 for 21 minutes and voila, an amazing snack. But I am wondering ... is it possible to eat too many? I've been logging the snack in at 110 calories, but maybe that isn't right? Thoughts?
