How many dinner recipes do you usually rotate through?
I have like 5 recipes i rotate with breakfast/lunch/snack but for some reason i have about 20 dinner recipes...im thinking about narrowing it down..how many do you have?

Veg + fruit smoothies

Cottage Cheese!! (the food lol)
What are some different ways / combos of eating it? I used to HATE it but recently tried Simply Kraft lowfat small curd cottage cheese and it is delicious, you should all try it. I am trying to find easy, quick and healthy recipes involving things that I can just grab and go, so if you have ideas let me know!

Looking to dump splenda/aspartame...what is best?
I know I should just use natural sugars from whole foods, but that is not reality for me. So does any one have any alternatives to splenda for coffee?

Why was I eating turkey bacon...
when center cut bacon has less calories and tastes a whole lot better?!! I mean turkey bacon tasted ok but it just wasn't bacon. I just thought turkey bacon was better for you. No more turkey bacon for me!

....should be thanked and then promptly shot. Serving size is four....I ate two. 90 calories. No biggie. I can recover from that....as long as I don't reach my hand in at the 2:00 pm energy slump I get everyday.
