I have a really hard time drinking water. I drink tea all the time but I still need to drink regular water. I don't know how to get myself to drink more!

Measuring calories when eating out?
I haven't been out to eat since starting MFP. However I am a bit apprehensive. How do I go about calculating calories on restaurant food? Like my Thai Crispy Calamari and my tamarind snapper? Any suggestions?

Cow milk, almond milk, flax seed milk, soy milk.....
With so many milk options around, which do you think provides the most nutrition? I found flax seed milk in my grocery store. Low in calories and sounds nutritious! I used to use almond milk a lot until I discovered this option. Thoughts?

Air popcorn vs. 94% fat free calories.
Why does home made air popped popcorn have like 31 calories a cup, and yet something like Redenbacher's 94% fatfree has online 15 cals a cup? what gives?

Anothr FitBit question
I can;t find an answer on the FitBit group. Here it is: I have the FitBit Aria scale. Nothing to keep track of things, etc. My question is, it still adjusts my calories daily here on MFP. I only log ANYTHING on MFP, but still, isn;t this essentially doubling up my calories burned? Can I turn the feature off? How so? Thanks!

Crock pot question
Ok so if I put a can of cream of chicken and a cream of mushroom soup with 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts do I count the whole two cans of soup? I dont use any of it really once it is cooked but maybe two tablespoons.
