How much protein
Is there a formula to use to determine the amount of protein that I should be taking in? I am doing three meals a day with two snacks, all with some sort of protein. I do cardio 60 minutes a day 6 days a week and weight training 2 days a week. I have a feeling that I am not taking in enough protein. Thanks!

Calorie Surplus
So at the end of the day, I'll have only eaten about 1300 calories (I pre-entered dinner). I am really not hungry and have already reached my sugar limit for the day. Is it OK to be at a deficit from time to time as long as I don't consistently stay at 1300 calories?
