Can of tuna
Is eating a full can of tuna yourself a bad idea? I recently started eating all of it to myself after a workout or on a whole wheat/grain sandwich. Sometimes I'll cut the tuna in half and keep the other half for another day and keep it covered in the fridge. Is this ok to do?

I've read some things that say it may make your metabolism function differently, i wondered if anyone has had any experience with that? I…

Hello all, I just started juicing a couple of days back and I'm digging it. The only problem is that I'm having a hard time tracking the nutritional content because I really have no clue what percentage of the goods are ending up in my glass vs. what ends up in the compost bin. Any help would be appreciated as I have truly…

Potato Protein Isolate Powder
Been reading about the recently developed and launched Potato Protein Isolate Powder (PPIP) and the BCCA and EAA profile of PPIP is stunning plus no carbs or fat - yes ZERO. PPIP is also unusual as it is both fast acting protein and slow release protein. So, anyone tried this new PPIP? Most reviews seem to say there is a…
