Fruits and Sugar/Carb intake
What are your thoughts on fruits and trying to balance out carb/sugar intake? Do you count the fruit in your macros? Personally I don't think fruits are the worst thing for you, and if you go over on carbs/sugars because of an apple, I don't think it's anything to worry about. This is confusing. If MFP says that my net calorie goal is 1300, am I supposed to eat 1300 or am I supposed to subtract the exercise calories from the food I've eaten and get 1300?
