SUgar Intake
Ok so my dailiy sugars are 26 grams. I am freaking out because Im already over my sugar by 1. The apple I ate this morning was 17 grams of sugar!!!! This is suagr that come from a fruit so its considered good sugar right??? So how do I know if I am really truley over my daily sugars??? HELP!!!

I gain at 1500 calories but lose at 1300-1400
Why does 100-200 calories make such a difference. At 1300 calories I lose 3 lbs a week. At 1500 I gain 3 lbs a week. Is my metabolism really that slow?

Have the Flu, What Should I do?
I have the flu... I have not yet eaten everything in my food log, as it is a pre-packed lunch. I did walk about an hour doing rounds (I work security). If I eat what I brought for lunch, I will still be nearly 800 calories below... I am without appetite. Besides the fact that I have the flu. Eat or not eat?

Do trans fats show up for ANYTHING in the database?
I noticed that my food log shows NO trans fats. This made me curious, so I looked up McDonald's french fries, KFC chicken, and margarine, and none of them list trans fats on myfitnesspal. Is this just happening for me? Is it a glitch? Thanks for any help :)
