How much does sugar and fat effect weight loss?
I'm still pretty new at this watching what I eat thing. I get counting calories, and how sodium plays a role. But I was just wondering how much sugar and fat effect your weight loss. If I'm under my calories for the day, but over in those categories, does that mean that I'll end up gaining weight?

why do you have to eat a certain amount?
that sounds obvious, but why would you have to eat a certain amount of calories to stop feeling sick/dizzy/tired etc, even if you have plenty of excess calories on you, in fat?

brown rice and oats are the most satiating carbs
