Too little sodium
I am always WAY under my allowed sodium intake. I don't mean to be, I guess I just naturally prefer lower sodium foods. Will this effect my health in an adverse way? Not sure if this bit of information will be relevant to the above question but I am currently trying to maintain, not lose.

Would I lose weight in this scenario?
I am a very big guy and started this 5 weeks ago. Now to lose 2 pounds a week i had to be under 95,900 calories and here are my results. 9/24 - 10/31 Allowed = 95,900 Consumed =84,583 Difference of = 11,317 was this good or do I need to improve?

Calories in tea
Is there anywhere I can fine to help me figure out the calories of my tea? I make a gallon of tea with just under a 1/3 c of sugar. It gives the needed break from unsweetened and adds enough sweetness to fight my cravings. I just don't know how many calories the 1/3 c of sugar would be when dispersed... Any ideas?

Snacking after 9pm?
I've heard many times that you should stop eating a few hours before bed (8pm? 9pm?) so that the calories don't just sit there overnight not being burned, but I find I have to have a small healthy snack before bed or else I can't fall asleep!- 100-150 calories or so. Do others eat before bed? Or do you stop eating earlier?
