So the Holidays.....And Eating
I'm Southern. We do Thanksgiving and Christmas food in a BIG way down here. Also, I read a few articles (via livestrong.com) that estimate people average anywhere from 3000 to 4500 calories at Thanksgiving dinner (WOAH!). Out of curiosity, how do you plan on dealing with food on these holidays? Are you taking a 100% free…

pasta salad calories?
I eat at a cafe on our campus just about every day for lunch. The cooks there are mostly Italian, and they make really good pasta salad. I would think they'd be a fairly healthy choice since they're mostly vinigarette or italian dressing as opposed to mayo, but how the heck would I estimate calories in a cup of the pasta…

Quick Weight Loss Pills Ads
This week alone I have had rfive different offers to buy quick weight loss pills from Facebook friends--one of these invitations was an obnoxious long cheery letter with a woman I "unliked" over a year ago for Xangular (sp?) Hello! I have gotten into the habit of saving most of my "allowed calories" for the evening, mostly because I want to ensure I don't go over - but I have read that you should try and eat a LIGHTER meal for supper and limit your caloric intake in the evenings. Do any of you have good suggestions for light supper ideas?…

Want Bond body: continuing to consume sugar/high fat?
