I need more ideas on low calorie foods, snacks, meals, lunches....Can anyone help? I am trying to stick to 1200 cals/day. Thank you!! Oh and cheap, considering my family doesn't diet...I have to buy most of my food separately :)

Emotional Eating...
I know I'm an emotional eater. I recognize that about myself and try to find other ways to cope with stress or my emotions. But I'm PMSing, I'm worried and stressed and all I want to do is eat a cheeseburger! :sad: What I need is a Thor look a like for a massage! Can anyone else relate?

Need gluten-free friends!

Junkfood in the house
I eat a lot better than I did, but it's hard sometimes because the food that is in the house for my husband and daughter. They don't have mountains of junk food...but even one bag of chips (for them) is hard for me to say no to....and sometimes I don't. How do you and your household handle this?
