Using a scale
I have noticed when watching calories and looking on the nutrition facts it states that a certain number of ounces. Sometimes I feel its hard to guesstimatehow much I am eating. Does anyone else use a scale and is it helping? Or is it really not worth it.

MFP has my protein at 65 grams. I have seen things that it should be a gram per pound of body weight when working out building muscle. I have no idea what is best.
