Okay, I started taking B12, Calcium 600 D and Chromium Piccolinate this past week. Has anyone experienced increased appetite and urination while taking vitamins? Bacon?
I am on a calorie controlled diet limited to 1200 per day. Is bacon good or bad? I have heard people say it is good for carbs and protein, but others say its bad because of fat content. I have cut out bread and potatoes in my daily intake. And trying to eat white or red meat with veg for main meals. Any ideas?

Sodium overload

Eating less than 1200 calories

Decided to go to the doctor to get my blood count and see if i have a thyroid problem. I doubt that i do, but just to make sure would be nice. But the doctor is most likely going to try and prescribe me pills or shots. I'm iffy on all that and afraid i'll become dependent on them. So what is your opinions MFP?
