Ok so im done eating for the night and still have 1000cals left for the day after working out....what should I do...force myself to eat or let it go?

I am a creature.....of habit, well in the eating area of my life lol I eat basically the same thing every day....is this a bad thing? I've heard to mix it up to keep boredom away, but I'm honestly not bored.

carbs vs fat
today I will be a bit under on carbs and a bit over on fat(not saturated fat). Would you worry about this? I am only about 5-7 grams over on fat by the time the day is over. My ratio is set at 50/25/25. Its probably not a huge deal but i just dont like seeing the little red numbers! Thanks!!!

I just put in 2 cups of 2% milk which was 25 sugars. Well I am already over my sugar intake just for breakfast!!! I don't like skim milk (I don't know if skim milk has any less sugars or not). Would almond milk be better to drink as far as sugar?
