was it the carbs? this whole time?
72 hours in so far. the first day i put my food into my calendar, i noticed that i was almost bang on each category except carbs, my carbs are way out of control (over roughtly 46 carbs). if every other aspect is bang on to lose 1lb/ then could the carbs have been preventing me from losing any weight?

A SWEET tea
I found a fantastic cinnamon tea that has such a great mixture of herbs that you do not need ANY sugar or sweetner. It is naturally sweet. It comes in decaf and regular. Trying to keep track
I just added Fiber and Sugar to my nutrition tracker thing. I'm good on my Fiber, but I cannot believe how much sugar I eat! even when I'm eating good things like yogurt and fruit. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm sure the sugar in fruit isn't the same as the sugar in a chocolate bar.... but still!

Tips for over-eating?
Doesn't seem to matter if I eat "filling" foods or not, but I constantly think about grabbing a snack. My worst problem with my diet is that I ALWAYS end up over-eating, it's my weakness. Any tips for beating this bad habit?
