So, I've been messing up a bit lately. It's always at night when my cravings start to really hit. My sleeping schedule is really weird, I can't fall asleep until maybe 2 in the morning, then I sleep until 1pm. I'm working on getting it fixed, but until then, what can I do about my obnoxious cravings at night?

8 Cups of Water and other liquids
It is recomended to drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day. Do you think water in coffee counts? What if you have 4 cups of coffee? Is that 4 glasses of water? Because it's in there. How about other beverages: tea, soda, ect.? How about flavored water? (Fruit 2o, Propel, ect.) Or do you think it has to be 100% pure water?
