My Tastebuds Are Changing!!!
In the past 6 weeks I have had 60 ozs of Coke. Before that I would have had 20-40 ozs a day. The last time I had a Coke it didn't even taste good to me...my tastebuds have changed! So I know how important it is to eat breakfast, but I don't get hungry till a few hours after I wake up. So do I wait till I'm hungry to eat breakfast or eat at home anyway and then head to work so my body has those calories for energy?

looks like sugar is more important than fat...
I have noticed that the sugar allowance is very low and I often go over mine just by having breakfast. Even if I have a "healthy" cereal and a piece of fruit, I have blown my sugar allotment for the day. In comparrison, my fat allowance seems really high and I rarely meet it. Has anyone else noticed this?

Nap Time Help
Ok, I am a nanny for three very energetic boys. Most of the time I barely have enough time to breath let alone snack. However, come nap time (from 1pm - 3pm) it is all I can do to keep from eating every five minutes. My planned snack time is for 3, but I have soooo much trouble holding off till then. Splenda or Stevia, which is good substitute for sugar?
I don't use real sugar to sweeten anything, instead I began using Sweet-n-Low, then switched to Splenda. But, a friend told me that Splenda and other sugar substitutes don't digest at all in your body. She mentioned trying Stevia, but I'd like to know which one is better health-wise and what everyone else uses....
