Falling Under 1200 Calories
Lately I have been struggling to eat my minimum of 1200 calories. Seems the more I work out and hydrate, the less hungry I am. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you force yourself to get to 1200 or just fall below?

Sodium below 2000mg
Is it just me, or does anyone else consistently have their sodium below recommended amounts? When I first started MFP I thought I would have to watch all the food I cook and be limited in seasoning my food, but I'm consistently below the recommended amounts. I went to rainforest cafe and they do not have nutritional information (so annoying) so I think I did good getting a blt turkey wrap.
