OK to nuke peanut butter?
I love that peanut butter and usually eat it straight with a spoon since a serving is so small or I put it in a protein shake in the blender...but ..I use the kind that we have to keep in the fridge and it gets stiff....if I am going to spread it on some wheat bread or something..can I nuke it to soften it up?

What food do you miss the most?

My favorite book...
If you haven't already purchased it, I highly recommend - "Eat this, Not That - Hungry Girl". It has a ton of great recipes that you can use to replace those everyday foods you crave! It puts an emphasis on calories, so you can be sure you're eating great low-cal meals. A definite 5 star book :-)

I have finally sussed out
how to drink 2 litres of water in a day! Don't laugh now cos it's hard!!! This is the target I set myself and I have stuck to it for a week and it's working. Drink 500mls of water (1 bottle) before I leave for the office in the morning! hard but, I have persevered. Great tip...drink it just after a shower seems to help!…

I am trying so hard to eat better, so I make good choices throughout the day, get to supper and have a ton of calories left.
