Jamba Juice.... Calorie Count...?
So I went to Jamba Juice this morning and i got the strawberry nirvana which has 170 calories, 30 sugar (wow), and 7 potein.... I'm ALWAYS over on SUGAR and PROTEIN!
I just looked at my nutrition report since I began MFP 1 month ago. Everyday I have gone over in my sugar ( i'm allowed 24 ) I usually consume about 50 -70. Protein (i'm allowed 45) I usually consume about 80. No matter how hard I try I can't stay under 50 for sugar. Am I alone?
