Weighing Meat????
Do you weigh your meat before or after you cook it? I was just wondering, I am eatin pork chops tonight and weighed them before I cooked them they were 7 3/4 ounces and after I cooked them they weighed 6 1/4 am I cheating myself I am wrote in my journal 8 ounces????? Someone please let me know.....

Over on carbs?
It seems like I'm always over by 20 - 50 carbs per day. Mainly because I eat oatmeal and an apple for breakfast and if I eat bread it's always 100% whole wheat, which seems to load on the carbs. OK so my goal is 1200; when I added my execise it jacked back up to 1,100 even though I have eat around 500. Am I suppose to eat more calories when I work out? So say I dont work out then its 1200... If I do work out I replace how much I burned? I am confused:huh:

air popped in the microwave??
Hey out there! I've heard twice that you can pop regular popcorn kernels in the microwave in just a paper lunch bag. I tried and it didnt work. I just got hot kernels that never popped. Has anyone else heard of this and if so, what am I doing wrong?? Thanks for the help!
