how much sweets do you have in one day? i always like to have a cup of hot cocoa at the end of the day if i have the calories for it (80), but sometimes i'll have that and a piece of chocolate or that and fruit snacks. i was just wondering, how many sweets do you allow yourself a day (or junk food in general)?

Ive heard this before, but is it true?
When you stop with the junk food for quite a while, and you eat it again, you don't like it. I have been eating "clean" I guess you could say, or just healthy hahaha for just over a month and I really wanted some chips and a chocolate bar yesterday... The chips were horrible, and the chocolate bar was way way too sweet!
