Consistently going over calories...help...
Okay I have been doing great sticking to the MFP plan...when I first joined I was allowed 1890 calories plus exercise per day...gradually as I've lost weight that number has gone down to 1650...I was fine the entire time and rarely went over my calories and rarely felt hungry or deprived. Now that my calories are below…

Can't I lose more than .9lb a week?
So I told the MFP calculator that I wanted to lose 2lb a week. It calculated me to lose .9lb a week. Do I really have to lose weight this slowly?? I am 5'2" and 137lb. (138lb when I started over a week ago... but, MFP's predictions have been accurate and I've lost a pound so far.) I need to be down to about 125lb total. It…

Avoid the Wrap Trap
They're healthier than bread—if you know what to look for. By Cynthia Sass, R.D., Prevention Tortillas may date back to the Aztecs in Mexico, but today's wraps are a modern-day nutritional miracle in my book. Hello everyone, This is a new post for me. I have a question about Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownies. On the box it's stated that 1/20 of the package is 180 calories, baked. Now how am I supposed to figure that out, weigh it and only cook a 20th of the package for a serving? I e-mailed the company asking them if they could…
