Day 3 of 50% raw food
i started a few days ago with a simple goal: Make 50% of my food (not 50% of my calories) come from raw foods, mostly vegetables and fruits. Already feeling cleaner, healthier, and having no problem staying near my daily calorie goal. Anyone want to do the same :) ?

turkey bacon??
I just started trying to eat healthy and I love bacon. I cant do the turkey bacon yet so I tried the Oscar Meyer Center cut because it looked like it has less calories than the turkey bacon for more slices. 3 slices is 60 calories and 4grams of fat, 1.5g sat fat. Am I being mislead by the label?

Starvation mode?
I never eat the recommended 1200 calories a day, and it always says that I could be putting my body into starvation mode. But if I'm not hungry, why should I eat more?
