overeating
I tend to overeat. I work out a lot and I think that it will make up for what I eat. I'm starting to notice some bigger areas, that I never used to have. I'm starting P90X on Monday after my race this weekend and I think that will be some motivation. Any other suggestions??

So, I am just curious as to how accurate everyone thinks these calorie estimates are that we are given each day. Are people finding that the amount of suggested calories consumed are reasonable?
