Why do people....
not want to exercise :noway: ? I don't understand this -- have seen several posts now and was just curious the thoughts behind not wanting a healthy body all around. Exercise is a stress reducer, libido increaser, self-confidence building, heart-ticker extender, energy supplier and better resting enabler. So -- what gives?

Water tips...

Tempeh - WTF is it, and how do I use it?
See title of topic :) I was picking up my weekly brick o tofu last night when Sarah noticed strips of tempeh sitting next to it on the shelves. I've heard *about* it, but I don't really know what it is, or how to use it. It looked kinda good (sort of like a veggie burger mixed with millet), but I've never cooked with it…

Starting our kids off WRONG
We all know that eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals is so much better for you, but once our kids hit school age it seems that we try to mold them in to the 3 meals a day pattern, and it's no wonder that we have so many over weight kids turning into over weight adults. I particularly worry about this because…

Magnesium for constipation
Someone on this board suggested taking magnesium supplements for constipation. While I haven't tried it, I intend to do so. It seems logical and simpler then other supplement remedies that require powders and other variations of the supplement which are hard to find. Here is an article I found on the topic (it mentions…

Eat after certain hours?
Just curious what everyone does when it comes to nighttime eating. Sometimes I'll have calories left towards the end of the night but I feel like I shouldn't eat after 7-8 o'clock.
