Water Intake
Just thought I'd see where everyone else is on their water intake each day. I try to get in at least 3 - 32oz Nalgeen bottles of water in each day. On days I workout, I up it to a full gallon (which is 4 Nalgeen bottles). What about you? :drinker:

BMR rate less than my recommended total amount
According to the BMR calculator, my BMR is 1,517 calories/day, but on this site, my recommended daily total in order to lose 1lb a week is 1,400. Is it supposed to be like that? It seems kind of off to me.

I have consistently consumed less carbohydrates and fat and more protein per day than the recommended amount. My mfp nutrition tip of the day
I eat spoonable foods with my sons infant spoon. I would rather eat 100 tiny spoonfuls of my yogurt, applesauce, pudding, or oatmeal, than 20. Makes it last longer and stops me from wolfing it down lol.:laugh:

or calories from different foods are different? Here's why I ask- my trainer recentlly had me add protien shakes to my daily diet. This has upped my daily caloric intake by about 150 cals per day. He says the extra protien in the form of liquid is different from eating cals. What do you think?
