Hello everyone, This is a new post for me. I have a question about Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownies. On the box it's stated that 1/20 of the package is 180 calories, baked. Now how am I supposed to figure that out, weigh it and only cook a 20th of the package for a serving? I e-mailed the company asking them if they could…

Healthy Food vs. Bad Food
I was wondering for a while now if it is a good idea to start such a thread, considering how debatable things are (some say soy is good, for instance, and some say: no, no, no). I also hope this has not been done before, but if so, a pointer to the existing thread is very welcome. Sooo... here's what. I suggest we start a…

Is protein a bad thing?
