I have already ate lunch and my boss has brought down a wonderful tart with berrys and custard in a pie shell. What a diet crasher. I didn't eat it but its really pretty. I tasted it and I could probably put it away but I won't.:flowerforyou:

Cooking with olive oil?
If i'm cooking veggies in a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, do i add it to my food diary as "1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil"? Do all the calories of the oil get absorbed into the food? How do you guys deal with what you've cooked your food in?

Too much water???
I live in TX and with almost 2 hours of exercise daily is it bad to drink more than the standard 64oz. of water? I'm sweating most of it out right? I'll drink about 84oz. in a day. How much is too much?
