Why is it that Costco's stuff doesn't have the nutritional info on their food or online?? We had their dim sum platter for dinner and the packaging had no nutritional info and I can't find anything online. How do they get away with that?? GRRRRRRR........

It is called Hummus Heaven!! :wink: I bought a food proc. in Walmart for $25. Do you think WHAT you eat makes a difference, or just HOW MUCH? I am still transitioning from the way I ate before and the way I eat now. Can't reach total calories urgh
I have been on a lifestyle change for 4 weeks now. As frustrating as it is and difficult too I can't seem to hit my calorie intake. I always seem to be between 200-600 lower than I should be. I have started over today breakfast 3 strips bacon 3 sausage links 2 meduim eggs 1 10oz organic apple juice Counting the carbs again for a while. I am just in shock. I have worked my butt off with exercise nad cutting back and no snacking... to discover instead of 219 I am 229. Boo Hoo, I just don't get it.....

Skinny Cow has saved my sansity
Seriously my skinny cow sandwich in the evening is what has saved me from going insane! They are SO good, way better than other "diet" desserts. I lost 60 lbs 2 yrs ago, and I had 1 of them every day. I am back on the diet, and so glad theyre still available!

Consistently going over calories...help...
