I eat spoonable foods with my sons infant spoon. I would rather eat 100 tiny spoonfuls of my yogurt, applesauce, pudding, or oatmeal, than 20. Makes it last longer and stops me from wolfing it down lol.:laugh:

or calories from different foods are different? Here's why I ask- my trainer recentlly had me add protien shakes to my daily diet. This has upped my daily caloric intake by about 150 cals per day. He says the extra protien in the form of liquid is different from eating cals. What do you think?
