Is it possible that my metabolism is this low?
I have been experimentally trying to find my maintenance calories. MFP said it should be 2720. Yesterday I put on 0.3kg after eating 2,122 calories. Is it possible, as a man, that my metabolism is that slow? (I did an hour of exercise that day as well). Has anyone else had a similar experience?

If you eat the right amount of calories for the day, but have your last meal right before sleep. Will that still make you gain weight as I've heard you shouldn't eat before bed as it makes you gain weight. But with my job I have to. So if I eat 1500kcal a day but my last 500kcal is right before bed will I still gain weight?
