Is it okay to be really in a deficit? I eat a lot of low calorie, high protein foods that keep me full. At the end of the day I'm at almost 1000 calories left. I'm not starving myself I just dont feel the need to eat a bunch more. Is this okay?

Oat vs All Purpose Flour
