help! i'm not losing
help! its been a little over 2 weeks and I haven't lost anything. I'm way under my calories everyday and am working out 4 to 5 times a week for anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours and still nothing. I don't even want to lose alot just like 7lbs and thought doing this would help but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Stress eating and pharmacy school.
That combo definitely does not equate clothes fitting. I have tried using recipes from Hungry Girl to at least make what I typically eat healthier, the problem is I do not have time to cook/clean up that these recipes require. Anyone know of ways to avoid the binge?
