how do drinking water help?
i know im ment to drink 8 glasses of water a day ( im getting there) but do drinking water help to stop water retention as i've got it bad at the mo and im drinking may be six out of my eight a day. im right near the TOM would that effect it?

My experience with dark chocolate
So apparently dark chocolate is good on a diet. High in antioxidants and gives you a healthy sweet as long as you only have a little square. I took this advice and bought a bar. Ate the whole dang thing in under 20 minutes. A trip to the kitchen for each square. That was 12 trips to the kitchen last night. Insanity!

Week 3 Weigh in
Well I must say I'm a bit gutted this week been to the gym 5 times worked really hard and been under my calorie count every day and only lost 1kg, on the bright side I havent felt hungry this week and the weight is still going down. I'll have to try harder next week:ohwell:

Not eating enough calories
Whenever i enter my info for exercise and food my result is telling me i'm not getting enough of my calorie intake in. i'm not hungry though! am i causing detriment to my weight loss by not eating enough???

Do you believe in banking calories in the week?
If you go over 1 day but the next you are under do you feel like your OK in the weight loss struggle? I went over today but could be under tomorrow if I wanted to (not eat workout calories). Is this a sane way of living? I do this alot it seems. Go over then under and I am at a plateu for a month
