Good-Bye Coors Light (kinda long)
Okay so here goes. This is something I have avoided thinking about and part of the reason I didn't want to really get serious about weight loss and evaluating my habits. I'm a weekend warrior. I don't drink during the week, but come Friday night, I party.....all weekend....sometimes until Sunday night which makes for an…

Kenalog (steroids for allergies) Side effects?
I've had some seriously BAD allergies over the past couple weeks and in a fit of desperation went to my doctor to get a prescription. Instead of a scrip, they injected me with a shot of Kenalog (40mg), a popular steroid. Now, I only learned of a few potential side effects while at the doctor - upset stomach, nausea,…

Any meditators out there?
Hi everyone; I'm wondering if anyone out there does meditation on a regular or semi-regular basis. I am trying to get more regular at it myself, because I notice that it really helps me wait out cravings. The more I meditate the better I get at letting an urge to eat something come and go, rather than just give into it…
