Can't find enough to eat!!
I used to eat alot .. obviously. That's why I'm here. However, now that I eat healthy foods .. I'll eat (for example) a decent sized salad and an orange and be completely full but only have ate 80ish calories. But I have to eat at least 1200 to not starve. Tracking Mileage....
I got a polar HRM a few months ago and I love it! Can't go a workout with it. Now I want something that will track my mileage when I am running outside. I saw that Nike makes a sport band that keeps track of mileage and it a pretty cheap price compared to garmin. What do you use and have found effective?

Weight loss confussing me????
Okay i have been at this eating 1200 calories for 2 weeks now. I have so the scale says lost 10 pounds. I don't feel a difference in me and don't see a difference in my clothes. So I am thinking it is water. I am wonder if losing that much weight am I not giving myself enough calories???

Is it normal to feel depressed while dieting? I haven't been doing that, so every day I eat anywhere from around 1000 to 1150 calories a day. Is that enough or should I eat my exercise calories?

Wedding ring doesn't fit
Does anyone know a temporary way to size rings? None of my rings (wedding, two silver rings etc.) fit anymore. I hate to have them all cut down until I'm at my goal but I don't want to lose them either. At this point I have a band-aid on all rings but it looks awful. Any ideas??
