Eating the extra calories from exercising...?
So as I was entering in all my food and work out info for the day, I realized that I ate most of my calories that I earned from exercising. And it said I would weigh just as much in 5 weeks as I would have if I wouldn't have exercised at all!!!! So what's the deal with that? I thought it would be healthy to at least eat…

quick question- girls only
Does anyway see a difference with weight gain or fluctiation during the week of your period? I was just wondering if I should even bother to weigh myself. I lost 2 lbs already, I am following my diet plan, but I am nervous the scale is going to be up.

so when you are doing your daily counts, do you enter in house cleaning as a cardio or is it just included in your calories? Or is it calulated as if you dont do anything at all and just veg?

Protein
I didnt realize that it was so hard to get the goal amount of protein every day! That being said, is it ok to take a protein supplement such as a shake, if you are not getting the right amount? Im afraid that by doing that it will make me gain weight rather than lose it! Any suggestions?
