Ok I got this a while ago and just opened it this am, I worked out for 30 but I couldnt figure out how to add it to the exercise section. so I ended up using advanced wii workout. not accurate for what i actually did but.. any way the question is does anyone else have this game? and if so how do you record it? I'm Starting again but this time...
I have stronger determination to do it and I feel that is the key element to successful weight loss. I started a diet a few months ago and it went really well but of course I lost focus and I'm starting to put the weight on again. I so badly want to feel good about my body like I used to!
