I wish there was an easier way to get rid of belly fat or whatever is wrong with my stomach. It's not fatty but it looks bloated ALL the time. I weigh 122 and I am 6'6 so I am lean. deal with this??? I weighed a couple of days ago on my digital scales at home and it said 293.6 and that I have gained 53 pounds. Today I go to the Doctor's Office and their scale says I weigh 276. I don't understand that. Which one is right not that I really go by what that evil scales say??

Food not appealing!!!
This week food doesn't seem appealing, I would rather do something than eat.....which is a huge plus as last week I was constantly hungry.
