Missing a meal, does it matter?
Hiya Hubby let me have a giant sleep in this morning so when I got up, I had lunch and have planned a chicken and veg stir fry for dinner. Now will it matter that for today, I'll be missing the calories from breakfast? Should I try to make these up? Or just leave it and have today as a random low cal day? Ta :)

this is really strange....I Have only been able to grow long finger nails when I was pregnant, now, since I've been eating really healthy, I've noticed a huge change in my nail growth? Could it be related to a healthy diet?

Geez, I lost 30 lbs and have ten more to go, it is so hard. Have you guys tried insanity or chalene xtreme or turbo jam and what did you think of them. me.. insanity is realy hard. I had to get nike shox shoes for support. helps with w.l too!

Should I aim for my daily calorie goal, or my new allowance
My calorie goal per day is 1200. So am I supposed to aim for that, even on days when I exercise? Or if it gives me allowance to eat more because I exercised...should I be ok eating that amount? Will I still lose weight if I eat the extra calories they let me eat? Or should I keep it at 1200 everyday no matter what. I guess…

Craving food at bed time!

What do you do if the tracker gives incorrect calories?
I found that it said my ice cream was way more calories than what was printed on the container. Even when I entered the servings from the container, it was still more than the label.
