I heard it's not really healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week (which is what MFP set my goals at). Today is my Big 50th Birthday but....
This isn't a diet question but.... Today is my Big 50th Birthday & my plane leaves at 11:00am today...I went in to wake my son for school & noticed that my 17 year old Son is in there sick:sick: I'm thinking I can't get on a plane & enjoy myself knowing my son might have swine flu. Starting my diet over today.
Had horrible luck the last few days. Couldn't seem to stop eating... five bowls of cereal is NOT the serving size. Anyway, 1,200 calories, at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Hoping to lose 10 pounds in 2 months. :smooched:
