whole wheat flour cals
hi ppl :drinker: im lil confused here. i hv been looking for caloric count in whole wheat flour and problem is that no where there is the same info some sites say 1 cup is 182 gms.. while i measured it is an exact 110 gms some sites say 1 cup has 300 cals some say i cup has 151 and some say 115 gosh i donno what to do :huh:

I understand why we're suppose to eat our exercise calories: because if we eat say 1300 cals and burn 600 then our body is running off of only 700 cals. I can't find where to change my "goal" calories per day
in my food journal?? In my BMR it says 1152 now rather than 1200. I exercise so I am going to end up eating more anyway, not under 1200 but I would like to keep it as accurate as possible. Thanks so much, denise!!!!!!!!!!!!:bigsmile: :drinker:

Question about BMR
Are we supposed to manually recalculate our BMR every time we lose weight? Mine never changed from when I first started and I have been eating the same amount of calories. I recalculated it with me new current weight and my alloted calories were reduced.
